Privacy Policy
- You don't need an account, and we never ask for your name, email or phone number in the app.
- Your answers, progress and study plan stay on your phone.
- Google Play handles payments. We never see your card details.
- We use two service providers: RevenueCat to check your subscription, and Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used.
- We don't sell your information, and the app has no ads.
Who we are
First Try Permit ("we", "us") makes the First Try Permit app for Android and this website, firsttrypermit.com. You can reach us at support@firsttrypermit.com.

| What | Where it goes | Why |

| Purchase details: product, price, dates and an order ID | Google Play and RevenueCat | To process payments and confirm your access |
| A random app user ID created by RevenueCat | RevenueCat | To link your purchase to this app install |
| App usage events (for example finishing the diagnostic, opening the plans screen, starting a trial) and basic device information (model, OS version, app version, approximate country) | Google Firebase Analytics | To improve the app and measure whether our ads work |
| Crash and error details | Google (Android and Firebase) | To fix bugs |
| Your email address and message, if you email us | Our support inbox | To answer you |

Payments
All purchases are made through Google Play and are covered by Google's privacy policy. We receive confirmation of your purchase, not your payment information.
RevenueCat
RevenueCat, Inc. checks your subscription status for us. It receives purchase receipts and a random app user ID. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Google Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics collects app usage events and device information, along with an app instance identifier and, where your device settings allow it, the Android advertising ID. We use it to see which parts of the app help people and to measure our Google ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Notifications
If you turn on reminders, the app schedules them on your device. Turning them off in the app or in Android settings stops them.
This website
firsttrypermit.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. It's hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard request information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers above, so they can do their jobs for us, or when the law requires it. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising by others.
Children and teens
The app is meant for people preparing for a driver's permit test, who are usually 14 and older. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child under 13 has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
How long we keep information
- Data on your device stays until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
- RevenueCat keeps purchase records as long as needed for subscriptions, refunds and accounting.
- Firebase Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
- Support emails are kept as long as needed to help you and for our records.
Your choices and rights
You can uninstall the app at any time to remove everything stored on your device. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete information about you, or to opt out of certain uses. Email support@firsttrypermit.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Include your Google Play order number if your request is about a purchase.
Security
Information sent to our service providers is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we handle to a minimum.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
